Is it possible to make an exchange or return if the size does not fit?
When placing an order and specifying sizes, it is important to understand that sizing charts from different manufacturers differ.
Products that are made to order (T-shirts, sweatshirts, caps and other clothing or accessories presented on the site, with a print or logo that was downloaded/changed by the buyer, as well as personalized according to the buyer’s request (names, surnames, numbers, dates, logos, names, etc.), including those issued through the Designer, fall under Article No. 13, Part 5, Clause 3 of the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights". These products are made individually for you in a single copy and cannot be sold to other persons, therefore such goods cannot be exchanged or returned!
Before placing an order, we recommend consulting with our specialist about the sizing chart and making the right choice in size.
In what cases do we make an exchange or refund:
- The size doesn't suit you. For example, they sent a size larger or smaller;
- A print element is missing (an underprinted letter, a design element, stripes or spots on the print);
- You have discovered a defect in the product.
Is it possible to make an exchange or return if a manufacturing defect is found?
In such cases, we guarantee a replacement of the product or a refund. To do this you need:
- Write to us at pcgkiev@gmail.com (describe the problem and be sure to attach a photo).
- The manager will contact you as soon as possible and offer solutions to the problem or a refund.
Is it possible to make an exchange or return if the product is damaged due to transportation?
Unfortunately, delivery services can sometimes damage order packages during transit.
If you have identified damage that occurred during transportation by Post or upon receipt by Courier delivery of the carrier:
- Show these damages to the postal employees who issued your order;
- Contact our manager by phone (097) 819-20-21 to record this situation;
- Attach a photo of the damaged product and describe the problem in Viber, Telegram or email pcgkiev@gmail.com;
- Fill out the form at the Post Office regarding damaged goods;
- After clarifying the details, our manager will offer options for her decision on replacing the product or compensation.
If you discover damage that occurred during transportation other than by Post Office:
- Contact our manager by phone (097) 819-20-21 to record this situation;
- Attach a photo of the damaged product and describe the problem in Viber, Telegram or email pcgkiev@gmail.com;
- After clarifying the details, our manager will offer options for her decision on replacing the product or compensation.
We recommend checking the goods upon receipt in the presence of postal employees or courier. This check of the product makes the inspection easier and speeds up its resolution.

How to make an exchange?
- Write to pcgkiev@gmail.com that you want to exchange the product. Describe in detail why the product does not meet your expectations. Don't forget to attach photos to support the description.
- After registering the application, wait for the verification results and the manager’s response. The verification process takes place within 1-3 business days, after which a manager will contact you. An email will be sent to the specified email with further instructions that must be followed to complete the exchange process.
IMPORTANT! The exchanged item must not have signs of use (worn, washed, soiled, used for other purposes, etc., etc.), and must also be packaged properly to ensure the safety of the item during shipment.
